Ronald Feldman Gallery will host a celebration of Frayda Feldman’s life, career and impact on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The gathering is scheduled from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at the gallery’s 31 Mercer Street location in New York, with a program at 5:00 PM. The celebration will take place alongside the current exhibition ‘Andy Warhol: Theme and Variation,’ which comprises unique works published by Ron and Frayda Feldman.
Feldman was co-founder and director of Ronald Feldman Fine Arts for close to 56 years, serving as the gallery’s operational heart during that period. During her career, she collaborated with hundreds of artists, mounted exhibitions and dedicated her energies to addressing social, political and cultural issues.
Her work also included editing ‘Andy Warhol Prints: A Catalogue Raisonné 1962–1987,’ a reference used by museums, auction houses, dealers and collectors around the globe. Feldman’s scholarship and firsthand knowledge helped establish standards for the study, authentication and collection of Warhol’s graphic work.
That commitment made generations of artists, collectors, staff members and visitors feel welcomed and valued.
