A lecture will take place at the SCAD Museum of Art on Monday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. The lecture accompanies ‘Four, Once More,’ which pays homage to the SCAD Museum of Art’s first Jewel Box installation.

The SCAD Museum of Art’s Walter and Linda Evans Center for African American Studies welcomes designer, aesthete, and Denim Tears founder Tremaine Emory as the museum’s 2026 Jacob and Gwendolyn Knight Lawrence Lecturer.

Masako Miki will give a lecture at the SCAD Museum of Art on Wednesday, September 30, at 2 p.m., celebrating her exhibition ‘The Garden of Wandering Spirits.’ The event is free and open to the public.

Andrew Kuo will give an artist talk at the SCAD Museum of Art on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at 11 a.m.

The SCAD Museum of Art in Savannah has set out its autumn 2026 season, with five exhibition openings and a programme of talks, screenings and workshops.
