In ‘Dash,’ drones and robots operate across fields with industrial precision, altering both the landscape and the relationships among humans, technology and land.
Cao Fei frames the project as an unresolved question: nature and tradition should be respected, but how can that respect be balanced with technology?
On 20 September, Cao Fei is scheduled to discuss the exhibition with Fondazione Prada’s Katya Inozemtseva, head of the curatorial department, and curator Cornelia Mattiacci; the event is organized in connection with the show’s closing, while ‘Dash’ remains on view in Milan until 28 September.
