Fuglsang Art Museum in Toreby L., Denmark, will host artists Hannah Heilmann and Victor Bengtsson for a pair of talks beside their works in the museum’s collection exhibition ‘Vingesuset’ on 3 September 2026. Heilmann will speak at 5:30 p.m., followed by Bengtsson at 6 p.m., in an event scheduled to run until 6:30 p.m.

The talks will focus on the artists’ practices and the processes behind the works on view. According to the museum’s announcement, Heilmann will discuss paintings on stable doors, Laura Ashley dresses and ceramic straw hats. Bengtsson will speak about a textile work measuring six metres in width. The museum’s event page also identifies Bengtsson’s ‘POSSIBLY GOAT’ (2025) in an accompanying image caption.

Both presentations will take place at the artists’ own works rather than in a separate lecture setting. The format gives visitors the opportunity to hear the artists address the objects directly within ‘Vingesuset’, a collection-based exhibition at Fuglsang Art Museum. The available material does not provide further details about the exhibition’s overall curatorial scope or the full list of works included.

Admission to the talks is included with the museum’s regular entrance ticket. Fuglsang Art Museum will remain open until 8 p.m. that day, extending the visit beyond the one-hour programme. The museum’s café will serve a daily dish between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; the announced price is DKK 75 per person. The café’s listed dish for the evening is tartlets with mushrooms, asparagus and Jerusalem artichokes.

The event forms part of Fuglsang’s autumn programme of exhibitions and public activities. The museum’s published calendar lists the artist talks alongside the final days of ‘Fuglsang × Lea Porsager’, which runs from 7 February to 13 September 2026. That exhibition brings together Porsager’s own works with sculptures from the museum’s collection, including the 19-metre wind-turbine-blade work ‘G.O.D. GENERATOR’ and the loaned work ‘H.O.L.Y. S.P.I.R.I.T.’ (2024). The Porsager exhibition is a separate programme item from the September talks.

Fuglsang Art Museum is located at Nystedvej 71, 4891 Toreby L. The artist talks are listed for 3 September 2026 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., with entry free once the museum admission ticket has been purchased.
