Yuko Mohri

The Govett-Brewster Art Gallery | Len Lye Centre and Perimeter Editions have announced the Ngāmotu launch of ‘Direct Bodily Empathy – Sensing Sound’.

The performance is presented in response to ‘In Concert’, Mohri’s solo exhibition in The Curve.

The exhibition is titled ‘Yuko Mohri Recompose — Return Exhibition of the Japan Pavilion at the 60th Venice Biennale’ and is being held at the Yokohama Museum of Art.

The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse in Miami will reopen with new exhibitions on November 4, 2026.

Yuko Mohri will present ‘In Concert’, a new site-responsive commission for the Barbican’s Curve, from 1 October 2026 to 24 January 2027.

‘Direct Bodily Empathy—Sound, Signal, Feedback’, the second chapter of a two-part exhibition marking the tenth anniversary of the Len Lye Centre, remains on view at the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery and Len Lye Centre in New Plymouth, Aotearoa New Zealand, through 11 October 2026.
