Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art has announced the opening of 'Bosques umbral', an upcoming exhibition presented as part of the museum’s next round of openings. The exhibition is described as bringing together artists who create fantastic fables, critical architectures and digital scenarios, using technology to imagine future habitats.
The museum shared the announcement in Spanish, presenting 'Bosques umbral' as one of its forthcoming projects and noting that admission will be free. The exhibition is scheduled to open on 20 August at 6 pm at the museum’s address on Av. San Juan 350 in Buenos Aires.
According to the museum’s description, the works in 'Bosques umbral' explore environments where artistic practice meets speculative design and digital imagery. Rather than framing the exhibition around a single medium or artist, the announcement emphasizes a shared interest in imagined worlds and the role of technology in shaping possible futures.
The Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art, known locally as the Museo Moderno, regularly presents contemporary art exhibitions and public programming in the Argentine capital. In this case, the institution’s announcement places 'Bosques umbral' among its upcoming openings, though no further curatorial details, artist list or installation information were included in the notice.
The museum’s message also highlights the accessibility of the event, stating that entry will be free and without charge. The opening is set for 20 August at 18:00, with the exhibition listed under the title 'Bosques umbral' and the venue given as the Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
