Bidding runs from 20 October at 5pm to 29 October at 9.30pm GMT.

Each artwork is signed only on the reverse, so the artist's true identity is only revealed once you win, keeping authorship concealed during the bidding process.

Contributors include Sir Antony Gormley, Rana Begum RA, Sir Frank Bowling OBE, Maggi Hambling, Sir James Dyson, Peter Lord CBE, Melanie Manchot, Richard Long RA and Alice Kettle.

The RWA Secret Postcard Auction offers the chance to purchase unique postcard-sized works of art by leading figures from the art world, according to the RWA’s event description. The RWA says proceeds support its mission of supporting lifelong journeys with art.

The RWA’s After Hours includes an extra special Secret Postcard Auction twist, with the event offering a drink and the opportunity to enjoy the last night of the auction as it ends at 9:30pm, while trying to match this year’s artists to their work. The event is presented for people who are bidders as well as those who are simply appreciators.
