The exhibition is presented from 16 October 2026 to 11 April 2027. The exhibition is co-organized by the Musées de la Ville de Strasbourg and the Fondation de l’Œuvre Notre-Dame. The invitation is issued by Catherine Trautmann, identified as Strasbourg’s mayor and administrator of the Fondation de l’Œuvre Notre-Dame. During the opening, museum and foundation teams will be present in the exhibition galleries, while introductions to the exhibition will take place in the museum courtyard at half-hour intervals between 4pm and 6pm. André Friederich created a 1852 work depicting Erwin, known as “de Steinbach,” and his children Johannes and Sabine.
