‘Entry, Escape’ highlights a new collection of Alison Rector’s interiors in a solo exhibition. The exhibition runs from September 14 through October 30, 2026.
An artist reception is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, from 5–7pm.
Rector uses doors and windows to invite viewers into rooms where shifting qualities of natural light capture fleeting moments that feel both familiar and mysterious. Each painting offers a unique point of entry, discovery and escape.
Works listed for the exhibition include ‘Brisk Whisk,’ ‘Summer Fruits,’ ‘Escape’ and ‘The Gathering.’
The exhibition also lists ‘After The Swim,’ ‘Swing Fling,’ ‘Etude for the Piano’ and ‘Yellow Desk.’
