Philip Colbert has signed a new limited-edition print, ‘Lobster Love for Big Issue’, with 100% of profits from each sale designated to support Big Issue’s work to end poverty in the UK. The edition was produced through Jealous Gallery & Print Studio, which announced the release on 21 August 2026.

According to the product information, the work is an archival inkjet print on Somerset Satin Enhanced 330gsm paper, measuring 29.7 by 42 centimetres. It has deckled edges, is signed and editioned by Colbert, and is limited to 50 copies. The listing identifies the work as a 2026 edition.

Jealous said Colbert visited its Print Studio the previous week to sign the edition. The Shoreditch-based organisation operates as both a gallery and print studio, with services including screenprinting, digital production, framing and artist editions. Its address is 53 Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3PT.

The new work extends Colbert’s recurring lobster imagery. Jealous’s Philip Colbert collection includes ‘Seated Lobster Portrait 2022 (Yellow)’ and works from ‘The Lobstar Planet’, including ‘Battle Scene VIII’, ‘Lagoon’ and ‘Battle Scene IX’. The collection describes Colbert’s practice as including illustration and graphic work, with editions ranging from 20 and 50 copies to open editions.

The fundraising print was released alongside a separate item: a copy of the Big Issue magazine signed by Colbert. Jealous’s product page describes that object as an open edition, with the magazine signed by the artist and dated 2026. The gallery’s announcement also referred to two exclusive signed copies of the magazine. The signed-magazine listing is currently marked sold out.

‘Lobster Love for Big Issue’ is also marked sold out on Jealous’s product page. That listing states that orders normally carry a two-week lead time, with £15 shipping added to UK orders, and that pickup from the gallery or worldwide delivery is available. The print was listed at £145.83 before any framing or shipping charges.

Big Issue’s work is referenced in the edition’s sales description specifically as work to end poverty in the UK. No exhibition or public event was announced alongside the release; the project is presented as a signed print edition and related signed magazine offered through Jealous.
