Cecil Beaton was a British photographer, designer, and diarist known for his elegant and theatrical style. His work was featured in publications such as Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and he is recognized for his portraits of celebrities, royalty, and socialites. Beaton was also a prolific photographer during World War II, capturing over 7,000 images in Britain, China, and Africa between 1940 and 1945.
