Norman Rockwell

United States, 1894–1978

Norman Rockwell was an American painter and illustrator known for his cover illustrations of everyday life. His works include the Willie Gillis series, Rosie the Riveter, the Four Freedoms series, and images reflecting the Scout Oath and Scout Law. He had a 64-year relationship with the Boy Scouts of America, producing covers and illustrations for their publications.
