Guillermo Trujillo

Guillermo Trujillo (1927–2018) was a Panamanian painter born in Horconcitos, Chiriqui. He studied in Panama and Madrid and was recognized with awards such as an Honorable Mention at the 1959 São Paulo Biennial. His artwork incorporated native art elements and hieratic figures, often exploring themes related to politics, social satire, and nature. His notable works include "Iconografía del Cantoral Chocoe" and "Tres Maestros."
