Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in Coventry has opened a new long-running exhibition, 'Curious Creatures, Stones and Bones', presenting more than 250 individual items from its natural sciences collection. The museum announced the opening on 14 July, after the exhibition began on 11 July 2026 and is scheduled to run until 1 July 2028.
The Herbert’s online listing describes 'Curious Creatures, Stones and Bones' as an exhibition that invites visitors to “explore incredible specimens from our natural sciences collection,” with the display combining natural history material and hands-on features. The museum’s social post highlighted several of those elements, including a cave area fitted with UV-reactive rocks and a wellbeing area.
