Galerie 35M2 and Café Pavlač will host a lecture by Ondřej Trhoň on August 6, followed by an illustrated guided tour of the exhibition 'Bleed Through'. The event begins at 6:00 PM in Prague and runs until 9:00 PM, according to the gallery’s invitation.

The talk, titled 'Infrastrukturní horor: odkrývání modernistickou pohádkou utajeného' / 'Infrastructural Horror: Uncovering What Modernist Fairy Tales Conceal', is described as responding to Anna Engelhardt’s concept of infrastructural horror, including her e-flux article of the same name. The lecture will focus on processes of obfuscation linked to modernity and industry and move toward what the announcement calls the “institutional gothic” of contemporary horror.

The gallery’s text frames monsters not as traditional supernatural beings, but as processes that support everyday life while reproducing power structures and enacting violence beneath a surface of normality and seamlessness. In the performative lecture, the audience is promised a progression from back rooms to oil refineries and beneath oil rigs, with the discussion moving through “viscous tissues” as part of the presentation’s visual and conceptual language.

Trhoň is identified in the notice as a Prague-based journalist and new-media studies graduate who has worked with Czech cultural outlets including Cinepur, A2, Revue Prostor, ČT Art and Radio Wave. The announcement also says he contributed to the interview series 'Open Minds' and is involved in video game development at Charles Games, the studio behind 'Attentat 1942' and 'Beecarbonize'.

The event is presented as a combined lecture and exhibition tour rather than a standalone talk, with the tour explicitly linked to 'Bleed Through'. Galerie 35M2’s invitation says the gallery is open Thursday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm, and lists its address as Víta Nejedlého 23 in Prague 3 – Žižkov.

The notice also credits production, management and PR to Stanislav Kubáň and graphic design to Bohumil Vašák. It adds that Galerie 35M2’s program is supported by the Czech Ministry of Culture, Prague City Hall, the State Culture Fund and the GESTOR foundation.
