Röda Sten Konsthall in Göteborg is lining up a month of guided tours and artist talks around its summer exhibitions, with August programming focused on 'Ofog' by aghili/karlsson and Edith Hammar and 'Magnet' by Elisa Florimond. The scheduled activities run through August at the konsthallen, and the exhibitions themselves are listed as running until 23 August 2026.

The main guided tour program continues every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and is included in the admission ticket. According to the konsthallen’s exhibition page, visitors join a konstpedagog to explore the exhibitions’ themes, materials and stories, with deeper attention to selected works and artistic processes. Friday tours begin at 17.30, while Saturday and Sunday tours are at 12.00. On Fridays, entry is free after 16.00.

The two exhibitions at the center of the program opened on 13 June and appear together throughout the summer calendar. Röda Sten Konsthall describes 'Ofog' and 'Magnet' as current exhibitions, and the tour format is built to connect them. The institution’s website says the sessions will offer “a deeper insight” into the exhibitions’ themes, materials and narratives, though the language of the site keeps the focus on guided interpretation rather than fixed lectures or one-off events.

A separate artist-led program takes place on 22 and 23 August, when aghili/karlsson and Edith Hammar lead a 30-minute guided tour of 'Ofog' in Swedish at 12.00 on both days. The konsthallen says the artists will speak about their works, the themes explored in the exhibition, and the ideas and processes behind their practice. The artist tour is listed at ordinary admission price.

The same weekend, the exhibition’s wider program extends into 'Hamseda', a recurring series presented by aghili/karlsson and Konstgruppen Ful in and around the work 'Hamseda – sjunga antinationalistisk krans för fred' in 'Ofog'. The material supplied by Röda Sten Konsthall describes the series as a setting for dialogue on peace, grief, resistance and collective dreams through conversation, performance, ritual and shared listening.

Röda Sten Konsthall’s August email also points to its broader public offer for children and young people, including 'Sommar på Röda Sten – Unga' on Wednesdays and Thursdays and 'Sommar på Röda Sten – Barn' on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The newsletter additionally notes that the konsthallen is open to spontaneous applications for extra staff in exhibition installation, technical and maintenance work, hosting and art-pedagogical activity, but the main focus of the August program remains the guided visits and artist encounters around 'Ofog' and 'Magnet'.
