The Aomori Museum of Art has announced its exhibitions for 2026–27 together with closure dates in October 2026.
The programme includes the collection exhibition ‘2026-3,’ which features a special presentation titled ‘Welcome Back, Nancy Seki!’. The collection exhibition is listed for 10 October through 23 December 2026, while the Shiga exhibition is listed for 31 October 2026 through 14 March 2027.
Lieko Shiga’s exhibition is titled ‘Nanumokanumo’. The exhibition is presented in connection with the Aomori Museum of Art’s 20th anniversary and the 15th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
The listed October closure dates are through 9 October, 22 October, 26 October and 30 October 2026.
