The event 'Andrea Branzi: to exhibit' is scheduled for 1 October 2026 at 18:30. It will take place in the Salone d’Onore on the first floor of Triennale Milano, last approximately 90 minutes and be free with registration.
Organized in connection with the exhibition dedicated to Andrea Branzi, the roundtable will ask how choices, tools and visions transform a complex subject into a shared experience, focusing on the relationship between space, objects and exhibition devices.
Drawing on works in the exhibition and its installation by Japanese architect Toyo Ito, the discussion will consider how exhibitions, museums and cultural environments influence perception, behaviour and collective life.
The exhibition 'Andrea Branzi by Toyo Ito: Continuous Present' is on view through 4 October 2026. It includes an installation devoted to 'No-Stop City' (1969–72), described as a landmark project in radical thinking about the contemporary metropolis.
The presentation identifies Branzi as an architect, designer, teacher, theorist, critic, curator and artist, as well as a central figure in Italian design culture and project-based thinking from the late 20th into the early 21st century. Installations, objects and drawings are brought into dialogue around themes including fragility, hybridity and planetary coexistence.
