‘Epilogue’ is a body of work by Kurtis Ceppetelli and Matt Malone, who are also known as Duly Noted Painters; the paintings form a body of work shaped by seventeen years of artistic conversation between them.
Their collaboration did not follow a fixed formula or division of roles: at some times, Ceppetelli and Malone worked simultaneously, while at others one artist stepped back to observe until becoming compelled to reengage.
One work identified in the materials is ‘The Repentant St. Peter’, which measures 54 inches high by 52 inches wide and is made with latex paint, pastel, and charcoal on canvas.
The painting was on view at Foundry Gallery on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12 to 6pm, with that listed schedule specifying the days and hours during which it could be seen.
