Stewart Edmondson’s next solo exhibition at Dart Gallery will celebrate 20 years of his exhibiting with the gallery. The show launches in October 2026, with a first view scheduled for Saturday 24 October.
The presentation will feature paintings of South Devon and Dartmoor. Edmondson has recently been working outdoors in heatwave conditions, capturing favourite views of Start Point and Start Bay. The gallery will add images of the completed works as the October launch approaches.
The anniversary exhibition is Edmondson’s next solo show with Dart Gallery, following two decades of exhibiting there. Its announced subject matter brings South Devon and Dartmoor into focus, while the artist’s recent work around Start Point and Start Bay offers a further indication of the views he has been capturing ahead of the presentation.
