Fundació Miró Mallorca is formally the Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró a Mallorca, based at Carrer de Saridakis, 29, in Palma. Its current building, the Edifici Moneo, was inaugurated in 1992 and was designed by architect Rafael Moneo. According to the institution, it resulted from a donation by Pilar Juncosa, Joan Miró’s widow, to the city of Palma.
