Permanent collection

The Montana Museum of Art and Culture at the University of Montana has acquired Stephen Braun’s ‘The Prize’ for its permanent collection, marking the first work by the Montana artist and UM ceramics alumnus to enter the museum’s holdings.

The Baker Museum in Naples, Florida, is marking its 25th anniversary with ‘There & Here: New Perspectives of the Permanent Collection’, an exhibition bringing together highlights and rare treasures from its holdings.

The Uffizi has drawn attention to Sandro Botticelli’s Annunciation in a social media post linking to the painting’s entry on its collection site, pointing to one of the Florentine master’s devotional paintings and situating it within the museum’s painting collection.
