Intesa Sanpaolo has announced its continued support for Cortona On The Move 2026, the 16th edition of the international photography festival held in Cortona, Italy.

Intesa Sanpaolo has taken part in a €231 million financing for the National Strategic Hub, or Polo Strategico Nazionale (PSN), in a banking pool that also includes Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and other leading Italian lenders.

Neva SGR, the venture capital arm of Italy’s Intesa Sanpaolo group, has invested in the US startup Straiker through its Fondo Neva II, joining an international Series A round that raised $64 million.

Intesa Sanpaolo has said it supported Tuscany’s businesses and wider economy in 2025 with more than €3.3 billion in lending, alongside services for international expansion and a network of relationships with universities, competence centres, foundations, institutions and cultural organisations.

Intesa Sanpaolo has joined a syndicate of banks providing A$1.4 billion in green loan facilities to Vena Energy, according to a company statement dated 31 July 2026.
