Lee Chang-dong’s ‘Possible Love’ Set for October 2 Screening

‘Possible Love’ will be screened on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The 2026 South Korean film is directed by Lee Chang-dong and runs for 164 minutes. Its story follows two married couples whose lives and hidden desires become intertwined. Lee Chang-dong’s cited films include ‘Burning,’ ‘Poetry’ and ‘Secret Sunshine.’

A funeral brings the family into the orbit of Ye-ji, a documentary filmmaker chronicling laid-off workers, and her husband, Sang-woo. Ye-ji and Sang-woo’s affluent lifestyle stands in sharp contrast to Mi-ok’s family circumstances.

After Mi-ok agrees to be filmed, she grows close to Ye-ji and finds herself uneasily drawn to the unreadable Sang-woo. As the couples’ worlds collide, fractures begin to appear in their daily existence.
