‘The Quantum Effect’ is an exhibition project occupying the spaces of OGR.
The project brings together a selection of contemporary artists to explore the paradoxes of space and time.
The route is completed by Yayoi Kusama’s installation ‘Infinity Mirrored Room’, which is identified as the concluding work within the exhibition project.
Kusama is a Japanese contemporary artist whose practice is primarily focused on sculpture and installation, while also extending to painting, performance and video art.
Her work is based in conceptual art and shows attributes of feminism, minimalism, surrealism, art brut, pop art and abstract expressionism; it is also infused with autobiographical, psychological and sexual content.
