ICA/Boston opens 90 YEARS anniversary exhibition

The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston will mark its 90th anniversary with ‘90 YEARS,’ an exhibition tracing the museum’s history through nine exhibitions and initiatives.

The discussion will explore Boston’s key role in the history of video art while examining current debates around public broadcasting and cultural access.

The presentation marks the work’s first return to the ICA since its Boston premiere in 2019.

Leilah Babirye’s ‘Embaga ya Naki ne Naki (Wedding of Naki and Naki)’ is now on view at the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston, presenting a newly commissioned body of ceramic and wood sculptures organized around the idea of a queer wedding.
