The British Museum is promoting an early-bird offer for ‘Korea’, with the offer ending on 13 September.
The exhibition poses questions about what makes Korean art distinctly Korean and traces inspirations behind Korean culture, including cinema, food and K-pop.
An image associated with ‘Korea’ depicts Jeong Seon’s 1751 hanging scroll ‘Clearing after rain on Mount Inwang’, made in ink on paper and designated a National Treasure. The work is credited to the National Museum of Korea.
‘Korea’ is supported by the National Museum of Korea, with Samsung named as corporate partner.
