Museo Nacional de Arte is highlighting the final days of 'Poética del paisaje', an exhibition showing 50 works from its collection at Museo Casa Diego Rivera in Guanajuato. The museum’s notice says the presentation remains on view until 30 August 2026.
The announcement places the project within a collaboration that brings objects from the Museo Nacional de Arte collection outside Mexico City and into a regional museum setting. According to the museum’s post, visitors in Guanajuato can see 50 works selected from the collection, presented under the title 'Poética del paisaje'.
The exhibition’s focus, as signaled by its title, is landscape, and the works are drawn from one of Mexico’s major national art collections. Museo Nacional de Arte, based in Mexico City, used its social media channels to draw attention to the closing period rather than to announce a new opening or an extended run.
The venue identified in the notice is Museo Casa Diego Rivera, in Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. No additional curatorial details, artist list or thematic breakdown were included in the source text, and the museum’s message did not provide information about related programs or companion displays.
The exhibition is being presented as a limited-time opportunity for visitors in Guanajuato to see a selection from the Museo Nacional de Arte holdings before the August 30 deadline. The post, published on 14 August 2026, simply notes the closing date and the count of works on view, leaving the broader exhibition details to the venue's own presentation.
