Ken Hakuta, Nam June Paik’s nephew, will share memories of Paik and Charlotte Moorman’s multimedia performances and their wider avant-garde circle. Hakuta will be in conversation with curatorial fellow Vuk Vuković and curator Mitra Abbaspour.
Vuković is the Hakuta Family Nam June Paik Curatorial Fellow in Harvard Art Museums’ Division of Modern and Contemporary Art, while Abbaspour is the Houghton Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art.
