Doyle will hold a two-day live auction in New York on October 14 and 15, 2026, led by an October 14 sale of Old Master and 19th-century paintings and drawings. The programme will also encompass English and Continental silver, Russian works of art, and English and Continental furniture and decorative arts.
The paintings and drawings sale is scheduled to range from the 16th through the 19th centuries. Doyle has identified portraits, still lifes and landscapes among the genres on offer, alongside religious, historical and mythological subjects. A work by Jean-Baptiste Monnoyer, listed as property from the Estate of Diane A. Nixon, carries an estimate of $7,000–$10,000.
The October 14 programme additionally includes English and Continental silver. On October 15, the auction continues with Russian works of art and English and Continental furniture and decorative arts. The Russian selection includes Fabergé, enamels, porcelain and icons, while the furniture and decorative-arts section includes furniture, porcelain, mirrors, clocks, chandeliers, tapestries and rugs.
A public exhibition will be held at Doyle New York, 175 East 87th Street, from October 10 through 12, ahead of the auction.
